Hip, trendy neighborhood “Hot Spots”
Visible, near hotels, bars, convention centers, meeting centers, outdoor events, and lifestyle centers with heavy foot traffic
30%+ of the population within a 3-mile radius is between the ages of 25-45
High traffic counts
Minimum 3,800-4,200 sq ft
Ability to obtain liquor license (minimum 300 feet away from schools)
